Cancellation Policy

Transfers cancellation policy

1. You may cancel within 2 days prior to the arrival  trip date and receive your money back. Trips may be canceled for any reason up to 2 days prior to the arrival trip date.
2. At 24 hours prior to the arrival trip date, there will be no refunds for any cancellation, except if the trip cannot be taken due to the fact that the cruise ship or aircraft does not make port or that if condition prevent the tour operator from operating the trip.
3. Transfers and custom designed bookings will always have a 15 € per person not-refundable penalty for cancellation made at any time after the booking has been confirmed and the credit card charged.

Private Tours  Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your reservation 10 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the private  tour, your entire  payment will be refunded.
2. If you cancel in less than 9 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the private tour, the 50% of the price will be refunded.
3. If you cancel five (05) days prior to the scheduled date of the private tour, 30% of the price will be refunded. No show or cancellations starting from 5 days and less will not be refundable.
4. Custom designed bookings will always have a €20.00 per person not-refundable penalty for cancellation made at any time after the booking has been confirmed and the credit card charged.
5. Hotels booked for multi-days tours cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival trip date, there will be no refunds for any cancellation made at any time after the booking has been confirmed.

Semi Private Shore Excursion in Athens (Piraeus) cancellation policy

• Shared tour bookings canceled up to 15 days prior to the agreed date and time receive a full refund.
• 100% cancellation fees apply for any tour bookings canceled within the last 15 days prior to the arrival date.
• Your tour is completely refundable if your ship is unable to get into port or due to weather or any other cancellations.
